Refund policy

    • Refunds/Replacements:

      • Refunds or replacements are offered only if:

        • The product is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled upon delivery.

        • A request is raised within 24 hours of delivery, with photo proof.

    • Non-Refundable Situations:

      • Change of mind or taste preference.

      • Incorrect address provided by customer.

      • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    • In case of any Refunds approved by the Asha's Cookies, it’ll take 3-4 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
